Horizons-Upward Bound works with students of limited resources from public schools in the Detroit metropolitan area to prepare them to gain admission to college. Through its unique relationship with Cranbrook Upper School of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, HUB got its first glimpse of the power and potential of Counselor’s Office. Trying to maintain accurate records for, and communication with, students from high schools throughout Detroit is an enormous challenge.
