Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) are a great way to engage students in making more deliberate decisions about their academic programs, and Naviance leads the way with WorkspaceK12, the premier planning and advising suite for schools and districts. A new Naviance research study, released at a February 13th event at the U.S. Capitol, shows the progress that states are making in adopting frameworks and systems to encourage the effective use of ILPs. The study found that while the use of ILPs is growing, more than half of U.S. states have yet to formalize the process for all students.
