Having worked in the admission offices of Occidental College (CA) and Wesleyan University (CT), Mr. Figueroa has evaluated thousands of student essays and was profiled in Jacques Steinberg’s book, The Gatekeepers. Mr. Figueroa is a frequent speaker on issues of multiculturalism and affirmative action at both national and regional conferences. He holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a J.D. from UCLA, and is a member of the California Bar.
